Taras Danylych

Ukrainian painter; member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1989 (since 1999 — head of the painting section of the Transcarpathian organization).

Born on March 7, 1945 in the village of Turya Polyana (now Uzhhorod district of Zakarpattia region, Ukraine). In 1964 he graduated from the department of artistic woodworking of the Uzhhorod School of Applied Arts, where he studied with Mykola Medvetsky, Vasyl Svida, Anton Shepa.
