National art college of Azeirbaijan , Kiev National art institute ( nowadays National Art Academy of Ukraine) specialized asartist, restaurator.
Vakulenko Yuri is director of Kiev museum of Russian Art. After college worked in reserve of Kiev-Pechersk, headed a department of restoration. On the basis of this department has organized the Center of restoration and examination and became its director. In this field has worked 19 years. Teaches in two high schools. The leading expert on the organization of examination of works of arts.
